I'm Blue (da ba dee da ba daa)

I'm just starting to realize that almost all of my illustrations are blue. Wait, that can't be right! I like green, that's my favorite color! Well, it's true, most of my illustration have a very blue tone to them. Maybe it's because I do so many night time scenes. Maybe it's because I did an entire poetry reader, twenty illustrations, only able to use shades of blue. After that I thought I would never want to use blue again, but things have not turned out that way. Maybe I'm just more comfortable with blue since I've used it so much, I know what it's going to do. Well, I'll have to do a non blue painting. It'll just have to wait until after the two paintings I'm currently working on... both of which are quite blue with blue underpaintings...
